DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA
Villa Plateau is a white mediterranean style villa on three levels, with a tile roof and tile floors throughout. There are four air conditioned bedrooms consisting of the master suite on the top floor with queen bed, bathroom, dressing room, and sun room. There is one bedroom on the main floor with queen bed, one bathroom, a private balcony, and access to the deck, and downstairs on the pool level are two bedrooms that share a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other has twin beds which can be made into a king upon request.
The villa sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. More than 8 are not permitted.
The home is elegantly appointed with soft white living room furniture and decor, most suitable for adults, and is not recommended for children unless closely supervised due to multiple stairways and open pool decks without railings.
There is a lovely private garden patio off the glassed-in kitchen, with table and chairs, surrounded by flowering plants and bougainvillea. There is a large glass table with seating for eight on the deck above the pool, with stunning views of neighboring St. Barth’s. The villa is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens with a garden path, and tall palm trees provide shade by the large pool 35’x 15’, and hot tub spa.
All toilet paper, linens and towels, including beach towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
Maid service is provided 3 days a week, and a washer and dryer are in the house for your convenience.
